Job Summary:
Are you a natural leader with excellent organizational skills? We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This key role oversees and manages daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and optimizing our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and a proven ability to lead a team. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with safety standards across all operations. This position requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Train and mentor warehouse team members.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
  • Manage space utilization and warehouse layout.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Experience with safety protocols and PPE usage.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
