Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming materials.
- Accurately pick items for orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and label them correctly for shipping.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong adherence to safety regulations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
