We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders within our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing items, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick orders from inventory using RF scanners or pick sheets with high accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Assemble and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
