We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock shelves accurately.
- Pick products according to customer orders using handheld scanners or order sheets.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Process shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with all safety regulations.
- Utilize company systems to track inventory and order status.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols, including PPE requirements.
- Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
