We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic e-commerce logistics center in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and correctly, upholding our commitment to excellent service. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and safety are paramount. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE, and proper lifting techniques is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and order manifests.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outbound shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries while handling products.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse technology is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting.
