Mission Statement
Cassady Children’s Center is a pediatric therapy facility providing speech, occupational, physical, and aquatic therapy in a safe and fun environment. Our board-certified therapists and staff value each child and family, and we are dedicated to providing a high quality of service and interactive therapy experience. We strive to achieve this by:
* Utilizing a holistic multi-disciplinary approach customized to each individual’s specific needs in order to maximize the child’s overall functional independence and improve each child’s quality of life
* Recognizing families as partners and encouraging participation through observation and home programs.
* Advancing the clinical knowledge of our therapists by utilizing nationally recognized continuing education courses pertaining specifically to our client base
* Promoting a supportive and nurturing work environment where employees, both novice and experienced, are valued, respected, and provided the opportunities for personal growth and professional development
* Investing in professional relationships with physicians, specialists, educators, and local agencies to promote exemplary health care to NWA and the surrounding region
* Demonstrating commitment to our community by contributing financial support to multiple healthcare groups, school organizations, and community outreach programs.
* Participating in a variety of community events with a focus on promoting cohesiveness of local agencies and increasing public awareness related to the pediatric population.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47.00 - $65.00 per hour
