Line Cook

Pigeon Cafe Saint-Laurent needs a line cook with years of experience. We are the busiest restaurant in the area. The pay depends on experience and performance. *********WE ONLY ACCEPT EXPERIENCE IN CANADA*****

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

Skills:

• Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
