Standard Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | 35 hours per week

Job Description:
TORQUE Motorsports is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in supporting customers and the service team by providing expert advice on parts and accessories. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role ensures the availability of the right parts, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service, making it vital to both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment for customers and technicians.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels and identifying reorder needs.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure parts availability for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and compatibility.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders or availability.
  • Support promotional activities by recommending accessories and upselling additional products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in automotive or motorsports parts sales.

Additional Strengths:

  • Knowledge of motorsports vehicles and related parts is an asset.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
