Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work within cross-functional agile teams on
service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects
that directly improve how client access services. You'll collaborate with product owners, designers, and researchers to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery, field research, and technical design
• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack solutions
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for consistent user experiences
• Improve code quality, testing, documentation, and reusability
• Support deployments, launches, and ongoing platform improvements
• Contribute to reusable components and shared digital capabilities

Required Experience

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer on complex, agile-based solutions
• Strong experience with Git/source control
• Automated unit & integration testing
• Relational databases and modern application frameworks
• Frontend: Angular / React / Vue (any)
• Backend: .NET Core / (NestJS/Express) / Python (Django)
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

Nice to Have

• CI/CD pipelines
• Legacy system modernization
• Software architecture & design patterns
• Public sector or Government of Alberta experience
• Collaboration with UX/service design teams

Work Location

• Primarily
  remote (within Canada)
• Occasional meetings or workshops in
  Edmonton, AB
• Some travel within Alberta for research activities
