Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician based in Windsor and in the GTA, Canada, with flexibility for occasional remote work including some travelling will be required

The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery at customer locations, conducting detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve mechanical or technical issues.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with customers to provide excellent service, executing preventative maintenance, and ensuring machine reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of CNC and other industrial machinery or similar
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical issues
• Experience in providing on-site Field Service and machine setup
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction
• Additional qualifications such as familiarity with electrical systems and control interfaces or technical certifications are a plus
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
