Senior Full Stack Developer

An Enterprise organization is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation initiative to deliver simpler, more efficient, and user-focused digital services. This initiative is focused on modernizing platforms, improving service delivery, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions through the use of modern engineering standards, agile delivery practices, and human-centered design.

The digital delivery team operates as a centralized capability, partnering with multiple business units to design, build, and maintain high-impact enterprise platforms and products. These solutions support critical functions such as identity and access management, secure transactions, and digital service enablement across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions for enterprise platforms and digital products
• Implement and support data systems and databases aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Apply security best practices and ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards
• Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and proactively resolve performance and security risks
• Continuously improve systems by modernizing technologies, reducing technical debt, and addressing vulnerabilities
• Maintain development artifacts, technical documentation, and process standards
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and support iterative, user-centered delivery approaches

• Strong experience in full stack application development
• Solid understanding of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience working in agile, product-focused delivery environments
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
