Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Zenshi Sushi inside Zehrs Orangeville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent serving skills, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of delicious meals and memorable customer experiences.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and menu item assembly according to company standards
• Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking as needed, maintaining high-quality presentation
• Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking areas
• Support team members during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management when necessary

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and meal preparation techniques
• Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety
• Experience with cooking, food preparation, or meal assembly is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Additional Requirement

• We are looking to hire a candidate who is able to open at 7am on Thursday - Saturday
