Social Worker

Overview

****Weekend position: Saturday's 9am-5pm in person ****
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated social worker to help build and grow with the Rise anxiety and depression team In Vancouver as we are growing

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to adult's and adolescents, particularly in a trauma and anxiety help. This role is essential in delivering high-quality private PRACTISE care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and progress
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes for effective case management.
• Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
• Support families by providing resources, guidance, and psycho-education regarding their mental health.

Experience

• A listen ses professional qualified in the province of Vancouver
• degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience working in a clinical or educational setting is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail in documentation.
