Security Guard

Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential security threats.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including alarms or disturbances.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or information as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
• Conduct loss prevention activities to minimize theft or damage to property.

Skills

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
• Ability to recognize suspicious behavior and respond appropriately to security threats.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations.
• Physical fitness to patrol premises effectively and respond quickly when necessary. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment for all stakeholders while providing exceptional vigilance and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
