Why do we need full stack developers in a company like ours?

The personalized approach we offer is possible thanks to the specialized design software and unique web applications we develop in-house. More precisely, our web applications are communication portals that allow us to communicate quickly, efficiently and securely with hospitals and doctors as well as with the members of our internal design and production teams. These portals are therefore critical in the exchange of a range of clinical and confidential information with our clients (medical imaging, patient data, treatment scenarios, etc.) as well as in monitoring the progress of patient case manufacturing throughout our production process.

What would be your role as a full stack developer?

• Actively participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of the web environment based on the company's business needs;
• Contribute to maintaining the quality of the code by performing unit tests and code reviews;
• In collaboration with other team members, ensure that the cloud environment continues to meet the standards applicable to our industry;
• Participate in the optimization of existing systems to continuously improve their performance.

Intrigued? Here is what we are looking for in our future colleague:

• 3-4 years of experience in web development (mainly backend);
• Strong skills in unit and integrated testing;

But above all, we are looking for a person that is:

• Innovative and creative: who will be able to develop efficient, user-friendly and scalable applications – Experience with the following technologies is desired: Javascript / Typescript , , , Express
• Curious: who will want to dig to the bottom of things in order to solve problems encountered and develop functional and effective solutions;
• Collaborative: who likes to work in a team and who has good listening skills allowing them to fully understand the users's needs as well as those of their colleagues;
• Pragmatic: who will be able to maintain a balance between the tasks to be carried out in the short term and the long-term vision of the company;
• Driven : who will seek to evolve in an environment that will satisfy their thirst for surpassing themselves while helping other members of the team to improve.

And the icing on the cake would be that you have:

• SaaS application development experience – asset
• Good understanding of domain-driven design (DDD), event sourcing, CQRS and SOLID principles and clean code – asset
