Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
with strong
Supply Chain and Life Sciences
domain experience to lead the simultaneous rollout of a
multi-site production scheduling application
across
North America and Europe
. This is a
mission-critical initiative
requiring deep program management expertise, enterprise application integration knowledge, and the ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.

The role will oversee
Kinaxis and PlanetTogether deployments
across multiple regional sites while coordinating with internal stakeholders, SAP specialists, Data Stream consultants, and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end program plans across all phases of delivery
• Own scope definition, milestones, budget forecasting, RAID management, and governance
• Manage integrated master schedules, dependencies, and formal change control processes

Kinaxis Application Oversight

• Act as delivery oversight lead for Kinaxis implementations across multiple sites
• Ensure readiness for system integration, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care phases
• Enforce adherence to enterprise standards, quality benchmarks, and governance frameworks

Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams across NA, EU, and India
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation mechanisms
• Drive alignment with executive stakeholders and senior leadership

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage vendor performance, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract deliverables
• Track financials including CapEx/OpEx, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Ensure ROI realization and financial compliance

Training, Change & Adoption

• Oversee training strategy, change management activities, and user adoption
• Coordinate post-go-live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement efforts

Key Competencies

• Strong program and stakeholder leadership capabilities
• Enterprise application delivery in complex environments
• Working proficiency with
  Kinaxis
• Experience with
  SAP
  and enterprise system integrations

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise delivery, technical project, or program management
• Proven experience managing
  multi-site, multi-region rollouts
• Strong vendor management and financial oversight expertise
• Background in
  Supply Chain and Life Sciences
  environments preferred
