SupremeX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to join our team in a replacement role within the
printing industry
. This position supports Sales by building strong, trustworthy relationships with our customers and ensuring a smooth flow of information from order to delivery.
The
Sales Coordinator
is responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a courteous, knowledgeable, and timely manner, processing orders and transactions, and coordinating internally with multiple departments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will play a key role in following contract terms, company policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire order fulfillment process.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, specifications, and expediting
- Process customer transactions such as orders, releases, and returns accurately
- Monitor and follow up on orders through our ERP system to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate and enforce sales contract terms and company policies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including production, logistics, and quality
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in printing, packaging, or manufacturing
- 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
