The exciting world of Real Estate Century 21 Masters has over 200 REALTORS working out of 10 locations. The successful candidate will manage first impressions primarily at our Edmonton branch and enhance customer service to the REALTORS and their clients. This position requires a hard working, positive, motivated person who enjoys working in a friendly environment that changes every day. Job responsibilities include listing administration, data-entry, reception, conveyancing support, providing support for agents, and executive assistant responsibilities for management. Experience is an asset whereas comfort with technology is essential. (G-Suite) Please send a resume and cover letter to apply.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
  • Monitor and ensure the office is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
  • Perform general mail and courier duties, and order office supplies.
  • Assist Real Estate Agents as needed
  • Review paperwork and enter data into back office systems

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Docs/Sheets
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite platform.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong regard for attendance and punctuality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Real Estate is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable with paperless processes and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
