Job Description:

• Minimum 4+ years of combined professional experience building data solutions with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards) and creating and managing workflows in Power Automate or similar tools
• Experience integrating Power Platform Solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems is an asset
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise data governance.

Advanced hands-on experience with:

• ServiceNow Modules, including Incident, Change, Problem.
• Service Now Performance Analytics
• ServiceNow Tables – TDAR and SPM
• Tools: Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint and Microsoft suite of applications
• Nice to have: Python based data visualization and Machine Learning.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• A self-starter mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through with impact.
• Passion for improving the way things work—through data, automation, and scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibility:-

• Work with senior team members to gather requirements, design, build and maintain end-to-end solutions by leveraging Power Platform Tools such as Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Build & Automate Smarter Workflows.
• Build data solutions with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards.
• Create and manage workflows in Power Automate to optimize Business Processes
• Continuously improve and streamline data workflows to support scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to launch enhancements that improve speed, reliability, and usability.
