Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Manage CRM software to track interactions, sales pipelines, and customer data
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs
  • Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and forecasts for senior management

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and business objectives
  • Familiarity with project management principles to coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per month
