Shop Technician

Must be located in the Montreal area.

We are seeking a skilled Avionic Technicians to help us meet increasing demand for high-quality, reliable avionics solutions. MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF PRACTCAL EXPERIENCE, for the assembly, including crimping and soldering of components, installing, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft electrical/avionic parts and systems, in our production facility . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work on a wide variety of aircraft types, with a company known for pushing the boundaries of avionics innovation.

Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

· Assemble in production, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced electronic and avionics systems

· Perform avionics upgrades and system integrations in accordance with engineering documentation

· Calibrate and test systems using advanced avionics test equipment

· Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications

· Ensure all work meets Transport Canada and company standards

· Complete accurate and timely documentation of all work performed

· Familiarity with avionics systems
- Subassembly, install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electrical/avionic parts and materials.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and operation
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience soldering and crimping

Strong knowledge of electrical/avionics systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Previous experience soldering and crimping electronic/Avionic equipment is required
