Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Operations & Facilities Coordinator to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our venue. This role involves supporting operational processes, coordinating with staff, and assisting in maintaining a high-quality experience for both employees and members. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and takes initiative to improve overall efficiency.

Club Atwater is a premier members club located in Montreal, where old-world elegance meets modern luxury. Housed in a historic Tudor mansion, the club offers over 50,000 square feet of bespoke spaces for dining, meetings, fitness, and entertainment. Members enjoy access to exquisite cuisine, unparalleled services, and a variety of athletic facilities, including squash, badminton, pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The club is dedicated to providing a luxurious and enriching experience for all its members.

You'll be interacting directly with members, staff, and event guests, ensuring that operations run seamlessly while providing top-tier service. Whether assisting with last-minute event setups, adjusting to evolving needs, or troubleshooting operational challenges, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a constantly moving environment.
Work Hours:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Coordination
- Assist with daily operations to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience.
- Help manage inventory and supplies as needed.
- Support staff coordination and contribute to a well-functioning team environment.
- Provide assistance during busy periods to maintain service flow.
- Help facilitate on-site events and activities.
Facilities & Maintenance
- Monitor facility upkeep and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with event setups and venue preparation.
- Provide support for facility staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in operations, facilities, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with physical tasks as needed.
