Junior Accountant
in the
Staffing Services Sector
in
a hybrid work environment in Edmonton, Alberta.

Support our Corporate Services team with invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting while building your skills in a dynamic, evolving environment. Perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow.

How you will make an impact:

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Accounts payable processing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate brings:

• 1–2 years of experience in a complex business or accounting environment
• An excellent communicator; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Quick-thinking and resilient, with a problem-solving mindset in fast-paced situations
