Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
• Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
• Engage in upselling and sales techniques to promote additional products or services
• Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
