Position: Client Care Coordinator

Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shifts: Must be available for variable shifts, including Saturdays.

What You'll Do

As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Managing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
• Booking and adjusting appointments using our clinic management software.
• Processing payments and managing point-of-sale transactions.
• Supporting clinicians with scheduling, documentation, and client follow-up.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
• Communicating clearly with clients about services, insurance questions, and clinic policies.
• Supporting intake paperwork and assisting with client onboarding.
• Collaborating with the clinical and leadership teams to ensure daily flow and client satisfaction.
• Contributing to special events, internal projects, and community outreach when needed.
