About You

You're confident in the field and steady under pressure. You communicate clearly, solve problems early, and work with integrity. You build strong relationships with crews, clients, and subcontractors, and you approach project delivery with a balance of technical skill, practical judgment, and respect for the people doing the work. You believe in planning ahead, tracking the details, and keeping projects moving — safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

About the Role

As METRIC.'s Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are planned well, executed safely, and delivered on schedule and within budget. Your work supports the full project lifecycle — from mobilization and daily oversight to cost tracking, client communication, and final documentation — and plays a critical role in maintaining the high level of service METRIC. is known for.

Pre-Construction

  • Set up project documentation, review contracts, and confirm bonding
  • Lead project kick-off and ensure setup across platforms
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and material orders

Construction

  • Review production details daily and attend project meetings
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and monthly progress claims
  • Track costs, production, schedule, and committed spend
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and field teams
  • Support safety, quality, and project delivery expectations

Close-Out

  • Oversee QA/QC, As-Builts, O&M manuals, and final documentation
  • Submit Substantial and Final Completion requests
  • Lead final review meetings and job close-out

What We Need From You

  • Minimum 3 years of civil construction project management experience
  • Strong understanding of project sequencing, cost control, and contract documents
  • Experience with RFIs, change management, and progress claims
  • Proficiency with construction software (Acumatica, MS Project, Salus, or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Class 5 license and ability to travel to active sites
