About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated 
Ultrasound Service Engineer
 to join our Field Service team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of medical diagnostic imaging systems—including Ultrasound, GE Lunar Bone Densitometers, and Cardiology equipment—for clients across Toronto and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging systems following Top Tier Medical standards and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and inspections.
• Diagnose, calibrate, and repair imaging and cardiology equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service records and field reports.
• Provide professional, timely customer support to clinical teams.
• Represent Top Tier Medical with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

What You Bring

• 1+ year
   experience as a Field Service Engineer/Representative with at least 
  two
   of the following:
• Ultrasound
• GE Lunar Bone Densitometers
• Cardiology diagnostic equipment
• Diploma or Degree in 
  Electronics
   or 
  Biomedical Engineering Technology
  .
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and installation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to travel internationally for training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility for overtime or modified hours when necessary.
