Senior Salesforce Developer

PrecisionIT is seeking a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Developer for a 3+ month contract with our government client in Ottawa.

Start Date is first week of January and it goes until March 31st (fiscal year-end) with a chance of extension based on performance and project needs.

Must have extensive experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to apply

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in Salesforce.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), including configuration and customization.
• Extensive experience using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
• Strong development skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Strong expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Model, security model, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Knowledge of Integration Patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Ability to design scalable solutions following best practices and Salesforce architecture guidelines.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector data models and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a high-performance team environment.
