ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a consultant for an
Sr Project Manager - I&T Information Security
mandate for one of our clients.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of complex projects within the Information Technology department, with a focus on Information Security initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing clear communication to senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the coordination and completion of large-scale, complex IT projects, primarily in Information Security.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports to upper management and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
• Negotiate changes in scope, budget, and schedule with Project Owners and/or management as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other project managers; may act as Program Manager for related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Security and Controls.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Information Security.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
• Familiarity with a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures within IT and security domains.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise creativity and latitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  , including
  Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  within a
  SAP environment
  .
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
  or equivalent.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  or equivalent Information Security certification.
• ITIL Foundation
  (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g.,
  CSM
  ,
  PMI-ACP
  ) is an asset.
• English oral and written is required - This role requires frequent work with teams located outside Quebec.
