Project Site Reviews, QAQC and Walkthrough Notes
Monthly budget updates and review with Project team
Develops and maintains relationships with clients through defining scopes of work, answering inquires, and monitoring progress.
Manage RFI Process, Manages change management and change order process.
Manage shop drawing review and submittal process. Coordinate distribution to field staff and subtrade co-ordination.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Microsoft Office, Blubeam
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to build accurate and detailed budgets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and drawings.
Strong Team Player with positive attitude
