You’ll be involved in both site and office-based work, supporting our Steam Consultants and project delivery teams. Primary Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys alongside Steam Consultants Prepare accurate CAD drawings from survey data Carry out site inspections to ensure alignment with project plans Monitor project progress and support delivery teams Identify site issues and suggest practical solutions Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers Maintain accurate site and drawing records Secondary Responsibilities
Produce 3D drawings for boiler plant rooms and pipe runs Analyse survey data to calculate quantities and volumes Upload design work to survey equipment Further Development Opportunities
Assist with tender applications and project planning Support the design of pipe penetrations, pipe bridges, and plant rooms Essential Skills & Attributes
Proficiency in CAD software Experience in engineering setting-out (construction environment) Strong technical and analytical skills Competent with Microsoft Office High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks Full clean UK driving licence Desirable (Training Provided)
