We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (App Development) to support the creation of a user-friendly digital app. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in digital products and enjoys understanding user needs and turning ideas into clear requirements.
You will work closely with stakeholders, users, and app developers to help define simple, practical features that improve user experience and functionality. No coding experience is required - the focus is on communication, organisation, and user-centred thinking.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Gathering information from stakeholders and users to understand app needs
* Helping define basic app features and functionality
* Documenting requirements clearly so developers know what to build
* Supporting the creation of user journeys and simple workflows
* Collecting feedback during testing and sharing insights with the team
* Keeping documentation organised and up to date

*Essential:*
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to ask good questions and capture information accurately
* Clear written skills and attention to detail
* Basic understanding or strong interest in apps or digital products
* Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
*Desirable:*
* Some experience in a digital, product, or project support role
* Familiarity with requirements gathering, user stories, or UX basics
* Relevant study, training, or certification in Business, IT, or Digital
