Resident Care Assistant

Resident Caregiver / Med Tech (Full-Time, 3pm – 11pm) at Grand Villa of Ocala

We are currently seeking dedicated Resident Caregivers with a preference for Med Tech certification to join our team for the evening shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety and compliance protocols (Med Tech certification preferred)
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
• Med Tech certification highly preferred; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work the evening shift (3pm – 11pm)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
