Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative
Technical Architect
to lead the integration of Generative AI into our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires a visionary engineer who can transform how software is built—enhancing productivity, automating workflows, and introducing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
You will play a dual role: elevating our internal engineering capabilities while also acting as a trusted advisor to customers adopting Gen AI in their SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Define Gen AI–Driven SDLC
- Architect and implement a next-generation SDLC framework with Gen AI deeply embedded across all phases—from requirements and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
2. Team Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with internal engineering and project teams to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Provide training, guidance, and hands-on support to boost productivity and streamline workflows.
3. Develop Custom AI Tooling
- Build bespoke AI solutions to automate SDLC tasks.
- Develop intelligent tools using LLMs, implement RAG architectures for knowledge systems, and create AI agents for handling complex workflows.
4. Fine-Tune LLMs (Good to Have)
- Customize and fine-tune open-source LLMs using internal data and codebases for specialized organizational use cases.
5. Drive Innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, evaluating and adopting new tools and approaches to enhance software development processes.
6. Client Consulting & Advisory
- Serve as a subject matter expert for external customers.
- Provide assessments, strategy recommendations, and thought leadership on Gen AI integration within their SDLC.
7. Customer Adoption & Enablement
- Partner with customers to co-design AI-driven SDLC roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on engineering enablement to support their transformation.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years
of experience in software development, with strong experience as a
Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Engineer
. - Proven expertise in architecting and building
large-scale enterprise applications from scratch
. - Strong hands-on knowledge of
Generative AI technologies
, including LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral), vector databases, embeddings, etc. - Demonstrated ability to build
RAG architectures
for enterprise use. - Experience fine-tuning
open-source LLMs
(Good to have). - Experience developing
AI agents
and automation using frameworks like
LangChain
or similar tools. - Deep understanding of
SDLC, agile methodologies
, and modern software engineering best practices. - Prior customer-facing experience (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales) highly preferred.
