Job Summary:

We're looking for a new leader in our Salem Center location. In this full-time role, you'll be immersed in all aspects of store operations—from leading the sales floor to managing back-office processes. You'll learn to inspire a high-performing team, deliver an unforgettable guest experience, and ensure your store runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute all responsibilities of the Sales Associate role
• Deliver exceptional guest service and support your team in doing the same
• Lead by example to foster a culture of positivity, integrity, and performance
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance coaching
• Support team development through ongoing feedback and mentorship
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
• Analyze business performance and contribute to action plans for growth
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store goals and brand initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Step into the Store Manager role as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail leadership experience is preferred (jewelry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to success
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience
• Eager to grow, learn, and take on new challenges
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Excited to be part of a growing, evolving company
