Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Tampa, FL. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, managing hiring and training processes, maintaining food and beverage quality, and fostering a positive dining experience. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication among the team, and upholding operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service and a proven track record in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage management, including quality assurance and inventory control.
- Proficiency in team management, including Hiring, training, and overseeing staff performance.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain a high standard of service.
- Experience in managing a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
