Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled
Project Manager & Estimator
who can manage the full estimating process while supporting projects from initial concept through completion. In this role, you will:

  • Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates.
  • Use digital takeoff tools (On-Screen Takeoff or equivalent) to calculate quantities and determine labor, equipment, and material needs.
  • Identify potential risks, evaluate cost trends, and assist in developing cost strategies.
  • Coordinate with leadership, clients, vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and reliable pricing.

Who You Are
You're analytical, organized, and confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners. You work well independently but stay aligned with project goals and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience estimating structural concrete work
  • Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to read and understand blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable working with clients and local inspectors
  • Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
  • Ability to commute or relocate before starting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
