Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and update sales activities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support outreach campaigns and promote our technology solutions effectively
• Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support the business development team in identifying new markets and sales channels for growth

Experience

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and technical information
• Previous experience or familiarity with inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and CRM software such as Salesforce is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development
• Interest in technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
