Position Overview: 

Plateau GRP is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project delivery in support U.S. Air Force program. This role involves managing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities using Agile methodologies, while ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, utilizing Agile methodologies and adhering to industry best practices. 
• Provide weekly project status reports to the PM, including updates on schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies using established reporting templates. 
• Manage the project team by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. 
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, document detailed business and technical requirements, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Conduct regular risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating to the PM as needed. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. 
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder communication. 
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles. 
• PMP Certification (preferred)
