We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in system support, hardware troubleshooting, and IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, and core IT systems, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevice & Hardware Support
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
- Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, display replacements, etc.)
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and coordinate new device setups
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and provide onsite support to employees
System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures
Network & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, printers, etc.)
- Support conference room and workstation setups
- Assist with network equipment setup (routers, switches, firewalls) as needed
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for internal users
Operational & Documentation Duties
- Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
- Maintain asset logs and track support tickets through ITSM tools
- Follow IT policies, compliance standards, and security best practices
