We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing retail locations.
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales results, maintaining operational excellence, and developing a strong, motivated team. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead the store in achieving monthly sales, accessory, and performance targets
Ensure every customer receives a superior, solution-focused experience
Coach and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store standards
Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and cash management
Ensure compliance with Spacetel policies and Cricket Wireless operational guidelines
Manage inventory processes such as receiving, audits, merchandising, and stock control
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop store associates
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and address performance challenges
Build and promote a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment
Create weekly staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
Administrative & Reporting
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies when needed
Ensure proper documentation of timecards, sales logs, and operational records
Qualifications
1–2 years of retail management or leadership experience required
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
