And now the Owner needs a sharp, reliable, forward-thinking Personal Assistant to help support our growth across multiple divisions.

What Your Day Looks Like

Every day looks a little different — which is exactly why we need someone like you.

You'll be the Owner's go-to person for:

  • Managing a fast-moving calendar, appointments, and travel
  • Handling calls, emails, follow-ups, and communication with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Tracking progress across plumbing, HVAC, lining, dig, and media projects
  • Sitting in on meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring tasks get delegated + completed
  • Coordinating scheduling, documents, and task management in ServiceTitan
  • Running personal and business errands, making reservations, handling deliveries
  • Maintaining confidentiality with a level of professionalism that represents the Owner
  • Anticipating needs, eliminating friction, and solving problems proactively

This role isn't about waiting for instructions — it's about staying ten steps ahead.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • 2+ years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you balance plates like a pro
  • Solid communication skills and polished writing
  • Confidence using tech tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Notion, ServiceTitan (or similar)
  • A calm, solutions-first mindset (even when things get chaotic)
  • Professional appearance and presence — you're representing the brand and the Owner
  • A valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in construction, home services, or scheduling field crews
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Project management or workflow coordination experience
Compensation

$25–$35/hr

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Occasional Saturdays for events or deadlines
