Position Overview
 

The Controller will oversee all financial activities for the U.S.-based mining operations, ensuring full compliance with both U.S. and Canadian financial reporting requirements. This role includes leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering strategic financial guidance to the organization's Canadian parent company.

The Responsibilities
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Direct the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and Canadian IFRS standards.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages for integration into the parent organization's corporate reporting structure.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, ensuring strong documentation and audit readiness.
• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts for all U.S. entities.
