To support this momentum, we're hiring a Project Manager to help deliver complex, high-value solutions for our clients and join our Project Management team.

The Project Manager works directly with clients as their primary point of coordination and execution. You act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into successful implementations across events, field teams, and enterprise environments. You'll guide customers through planning, configuration, timelines, and delivery, ensuring each deployment meets both technical and operational requirements. Some projects may include onsite support at live events, requiring adaptability and a strong customer-first mindset. Because every engagement is unique, a successful Project Manager enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and managing stakeholders through dynamic, fast-paced environments.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, support, and operations teams to deliver solutions on the Captello platform.
