Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Previous experience in front desk roles within resorts or hotels is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
