Location: Hybrid – Southlake, Irving, or Richardson, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ
Schedule: 2–3 days onsite per week (with increased flexibility starting next year)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will play a significant role in modernizing CI/CD workflows, building intelligent automation solutions, and developing high-quality interfaces and server-side components. You will collaborate across teams to enhance delivery processes, integrate AI capabilities, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end systems. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of software development and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and deploy user-centric front-end applications using ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript
• Design and automate backend workflows using NodeJS, scripting tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate AI/ML components into development and deployment processes to boost accuracy and performance
• Work collaboratively using Git, GitHub, and modern version control practices
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using NPM, Docker, Ansible, and containerization strategies
• Work with MongoDB or PostgreSQL to design and implement scalable data layers
• Utilize Python scripting for automation, tooling, analytics, and workflow improvements
• Support backend architecture, with exposure to Java services considered an advantage

Core Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript technologies
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and ES6+
• Strong command of CSS for developing polished, responsive UI/UX
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS and NPM for backend scripting and automation
• Experience working with MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Practical knowledge of Python scripting and CI/CD automation
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and versioning standards
• Exposure to Java-based microservices is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
