SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with marketing and intake goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including metadata, schema, internal linking, and backlinks.
• Perform regular SEO audits to improve site structure, crawlability, and speed.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings for multiple office locations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize blogs, service pages, and FAQs.
• Create keyword frameworks and briefs for writers and vendors.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work with developers on technical SEO enhancements and site architecture.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, local SEO trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of SEO experience (legal or professional services preferred).
• Proven success driving rankings and conversions in competitive markets.
• Experience with WordPress, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO, technical SEO, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent project and time management.
