**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician with experience in a general practitioners office to join our animal care team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality medical care for animals, as well as client interactions in person and via phone. A high school degree or higher education is preferred.

**Duties:**

• Support veterinarians in administering treatments and medications

• Animal restraint for exams and testing procedures

-Speak with clients on the phone, schedule appointments, check clients/patients in/out

• Assist in X-ray procedures

**Skills:**

• Proficiency in animal care practices and techniques

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and medical procedures

• Ability to handle small animals with care and skill

• Familiarity with X-ray equipment operation and safety protocols

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff
