Ask us about our No-Frills Program — eligible full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) may opt out of company benefits and PTO in exchange for an additional $3.00 per hour in pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments and document accurately
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to nursing leadership
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay range: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• No-Frills Program option: +$3.00/hour in lieu of benefits and PTO
• Shift Differentials: Available for evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Employment status: Full-Time,
• Shift: Day, and Night shifts available
• Location: Jeannette, PA

Skills and Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
