Project Manager

As a Roofing Project Manager, you will take the reins on multiple projects, ensuring they're executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with clients, crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage every stage of the roofing process—from pre-construction planning and estimating to final inspection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for roofing projects (residential & commercial)
• Coordinate materials, schedules, permits, inspections, and crews
• Maintain tight control over project budgets, timelines, and quality
• Lead jobsite meetings, conduct regular walkthroughs, and resolve onsite issues
• Ensure safety standards are met and enforced
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expecta-tions are met
• Provide detailed project estimates, scopes of work, and assist in bid preparation
• Collaborate with estimators and preconstruction team to ensure seamless handoff to field execution
• Collaborate with internal departments (scheduling, procurement, fabrication, etc.)
• Report project status and performance metrics to senior leadership
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven track record in both commercial flat systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, EPDM, etc.) and residential steep-slope systems (composition shingles, tile, metal, etc.)
• Strong estimating background and ability to develop accurate project scopes and budgets
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with project management and estimating software (experience with AccuLynx, Bluebeam, and Excel is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and takeoffs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Solution-oriented and calm under pressure

Education and/or experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the roofing industry
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
